Mind Magick sessions are relaxing, creative, and enjoyable as well as practical and solution-focused.

These Zoom appointments are designed to help you overcome mental blocks, reduce stress, and build lasting confidence.

We'll use a range of modern psychotherapies from NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindscaping, and Timeline Therapy. For a little more information about the techniques click here.

What is Mind Magick?

Mind Magick is a powerful 2-hour mindset session that tackles a specific challenge you're facing.

Using mind reprogramming tools such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindscaping, and Clinical Hypnotherapy, it helps you break free from mental blocks and fears so you can move forward with confidence.

How is the session conducted?

The session is delivered live via Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.

All you need is a quiet space, your phone (or iPad, PC or laptop), a stable internet connection, and an open mind.

How long does the session last?

The session lasts approximately 2 hours, giving us the time to explore your challenge, work through it, and create lasting change.

What kind of challenge can I bring to the session?

  • Overcoming a fear

  • Boosting confidence for a particular event or situation

  • Letting go of a worry

  • Releasing stress relating to something that happened

  • Clearing a specific mental block

  • Dealing with procrastination

What happens during the session?

We’ll start with a conversation about your challenge and goal. From there, we’ll make changes to your subconscious mind (which is where your concern resides) using a mix of modern psychotherapies.

The first technique involves changing the way the problem is represented by you internally. The second will set the scene for how you want to behave in the future. The final technique will firmly embed the changes in your mind.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more empowered.

Will I receive any support after the session?

Yes! You’ll get a personalised hypnotherapy recording designed to reinforce the breakthroughs made during the session.

Listening to it weekly for 4-6 weeks will help to cement the changes.

Is this session private and confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you share during the session is completely confidential and handled with care.

Do I need any prior experience with NLP or Clinical Hypnotherapy?

Not at all! Mind Magick is designed for everyone, whether you're completely new to these techniques or have used them before.
